After Your Roof Inspection - What Now?

Once your roof inspections is done you will be notified of the findings.  We will contact you either in person, if you are home, by email or with a phone call.

If we have not found any storm damage, Great...feel confident that you have more life in your roof, however if in the event that storm damage is found; What do you do next?

First and foremast don't panic.  We've done this before and have the knowledge, skills, and ability to help.

Second, if there is enough damage for concern we suggest you act right away.  Contact your insurance company and let them know you have had your roof inspected by BZE.  Explain to them that we found storm damage and that you would like to file a claim for this.  Your insurance company will will issue a claim number and should schedule an appointment with an adjuster to come out and assess and verify our findings.

Once your meeting is scheduled, contact your BZE representative and inform them of the adjuster meeting time.  Your BZE rep will then meet with your adjuster.  This meeting is very important.  We want to be there to represent the you, homeowner.
